Pretty good. I didn't use peas, as I'm not very fond of them. I used some Italian seasoning to give it more flavor, and it really turned out well.

Ingredients for 4 servings

1.0l vegetable stock

400.0g can chopped tomatoes

250.0g pack fresh filled tortellini (we used spinach and ricotta)

grated parmesan , to serve

2 carrots , chopped

handful of basil leaves (optional)

1 large onion , finely chopped

1.0 tbsp olive oil

200.0g frozen mixed peas and beans
