2/3 cup shredded raclette, Gruyère, or Swiss cheese

1/4 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs

1 1/2 Tbs. capers, rinsed and drained

1 1/2 Tbs. chopped chives

1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
