1 1/2 cup Water

3 tbsp Sugar

2 1/2 tsp active-dry yeast

1 1/4 cup Almond Flour

3/4 cup Corn Flour

3/4 cup sweet rice flour

2/3 cup Potato Starch

1 cup Tapioca Flour

1 tbsp Xanthan Gum

1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

2/3 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup milk powder (we used goat milk powder in this batch)

2 x Eggs, at room temperature

4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (1 stick or 8 tablespoons)

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

4 tsp Cinnamon

3 tbsp Agave nectar or Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Golden Raisins

1/2 cup Walnut

4 oz unsalted butter, softened

4 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 cup Powdered Sugar
