1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh sage

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/4 teaspoon of salt

6 tablespoons of cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces

6 tablespoons of plain yogurt

1 egg, lightly beaten, for brushing

4-5 poached eggs

8 pieces of crispy bacon

salt and pepper, to taste
