1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 red or green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded, thinly sliced

3 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
