1 cup white sugar (or to taste)

3 teaspoons cinnamon

1/3 cup butter , softened (for topping)

6 eggs , SEPARATED

6 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese , softened

1 cup raisins

2 cups cottage cheese

1 pint sour cream

2 teaspoons salt

1/4-1/3 cup dark brown sugar (for topping)
