1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup pepita seeds

1 small tomato, diced

Pinch salt

1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

2 cups water

1 small onion, diced or 1/2 large onion

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons butter
