1 1/2 ounces white rum or vodka (I used vodka)
1 ounce Pimm's No. 1
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Tabasco or other hot sauce (I used Frank's Red Hot)
splash of 7Up (set aside for topping up the drink)
lemon wheels (for garnish)
2 drop of Tabasco make this Cajun? I think not. Call it Creole Lemonade if you must, but I promise you that the only Cajuns who know about Pimm's Cup are those who have spent time in New Orleans, and they are few.
