15.0 g dried Portobello mushrooms

1.0 tbsp olive oil

1.0 onion, finely chopped

2.0 carrots, peeled and finely chopped

1.0 stick celery, finely chopped

a few sprigs of thyme

500.0 g beef mince

400.0 g tin chopped tomatoes

100.0 g frozen peas

415.0 g tin beef consommé

4.0 baking potatoes, about 1kg

100.0 ml milk

5.0 spring onions trimmed sliced

50.0 g soft butter

100.0 g finely grated mature cheddar cheese

2.0 sprigs of thyme, leaves only

25.0 g breadcrumbs
