1 container vegan cream cheese (8 ounces)

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup agave syrup (or maple syrup, or brown rice syrup)

4-5 vegan chocolate sandwich cookies

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1-2 Tbsp soy creamer OR coconut milk (to get blender moving as needed)
