Ingredients

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 cup (2 oz) pomegranate cranberry juice (or any variety of pomegranate juice)

1 container Chobani Champions Verry Berry yogurt (or another 4 oz container of berry yogurt)

1/2 serving of protein powder (any flavor) – I use Tera’s Whey Acai Berry, but vanilla would be great

1/4 cup frozen blackberries

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/8 tsp xanthan gum*

1/8 tsp guar gum*

5 to 7 cubes of ice

Xanthan and guar gums are thickening agents. While they add no nutritional value to the smoothie, they do create a nice, voluminous and creamy texture. I never make a smoothie without them!
