I love the idea of frying octopus. I made a similar course served over a bean sprout salad with italian plum and apricot.

2 pounds octopus Pieces

1 x bay leaf

1 1/2 cups masa harina

2 x Pastured eggs

1/4 cup Fresh milk

Unrefined sea salt to Taste

Ghee, Palm oil or coconut oil as needed
