8 Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps rice wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsps dark soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsps cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 lbs pork spare ribs, on the bone, cut into 1 1/2 by 1 1/2-inch to 1 1/2 by 2-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • Coarsely cracked black pepper, for seasoning
