1 to 2 heads romaine lettuce, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup julienned or thinly sliced cucumbers

1 cup cooked vegetables in small pieces, such as leftover steamed broccoli

6 green onions, thinly sliced

2 ounces steamed red fishcake or kamaboko, thinly sliced

6 to 8 ounces thinly sliced char siu, or Chinese roast pork

Sesame Salad Dressing, homemade (see recipe) or store-bought
