Great. Lots of work but a real adventure and delicious. We used cod instead of tilapia.

Ingredients for 4 servings

300 gms fish fillets

3 tsp Lemongrass

2 tsp chopped peanuts

500 ml Fish Stock

250 ml Coconut Milk

250 ml Coconut Cream

1 tsp prahok

2 tsp Fish Sauce

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Palm Sugar

200 gms lemongrass stalks

1 tsp chopped galangal

2 tsp Turmeric

4 x Kaffir Lime Leaves

4 x Garlic Clove

1 tsp Cambodian rhizome

800 gms Rice Noodles

2 x Cucumber

1/2 x banana flower

200 gms Bean Sprouts

2 x lily root

1/2 tsp red chiles

1/2 tsp Thai Basil
