2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 3/4 cups of white sugar

4 eggs

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups solid-pack pumpkin (I used a whole 14 ounce can)

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
