2 cups coconut milk (the real stuff keeps it creamy, light will work just fine, just expect a thinner viscosity)

4 large pitted Medjool dates, chopped up

1/2 scoop vanilla protein of choice (optional)

one small banana, preferably frozen

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1-2 cups crushed ice

splash of orange juice
