2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Medium Red Onion

2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)

1 Tablespoon Curry Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves

2 Cups of Coconut Milk

4 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast (optional)

1 Bunch of Parsley (large stems removed and leaves washed)

1 – 1 1/2″ Piece of Ginger Grated

2 Small Garlic Cloves (roughly chopped)

1 Lemon (juiced)
