1/2 cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and cut into medium dice

1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

Freshly ground pepper to taste

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt + salt as needed

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 pound Caesar Salad lettuce mix or mixed spring lettuces
