Ingredients for 2 servings

2.0 tsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water

1 garlic clove , crushed

1 red onion , cut into thin wedges

FOR THE FONDUE SAUCE

8 cherry tomatoes

3.0 tbsp olive oil

175.0g raclette cheese , grated or chopped if bought ready sliced

1 small butternut squash , skinned, seeded and cut into 2.5cm/1in cubes

100 ml /3½ fl oz white wine

a splash of kirsch or brandy (optional)

300.0g packet of cauliflower florets
