1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup plus 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour

2 tbsp Irish Whiskey

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Cardamom

Pinch salt, to taste

1/2 cup Irish steel-cut oats

1/4 cup toasted, chopped walnut piece

2 cup FOR THE IRISH WHISKEY CREAM --- Heavy Cream

2 tbsp Honey
