1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp instant yeast

1 tbsp canola or olive oil

1 tbsp honey, agave syrup or sugar

1/2 cup plus maybe 2 Tbsp. water, at room temperature

Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, or kosher salt to sprinkle on top
