I added mussels and uses parsley instead of tarragon. I also uses Bucatini pasta which was AWESOME in this dish.

1 pound dried linguine

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

3 beefsteak tomatoes, diced

1 cup dry white wine

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Kosher salt

20 clams (such as littleneck or Manila), rinsed

1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped

Crusty bread (optional)
