  • 1 cup sparkling cider (nonalcoholic)
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cold water, optional
  • 2 to 3 tsps granulated sugar, optional
  • 1 large, or 2 small, cantaloupe (to yield 3 tightly-packed cups sliced cantaloupe)
  • Kosher salt
