1 1/2 lbs cooked large shrimp or shrimp

8 leaves butter lettuce

2 dashes black pepper

Salad

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon olive oil

4 cups cooked thai rice

1/2 teaspoon curry powder , to taste

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 avocados , peeled,cored,and cubed

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 mangoes , peeled,cored,and cubed

Dressing

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 clove garlic , finely minced

1 dash Tabasco sauce

1/4 teaspoon turmeric
