2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup (1 oz.) freshly shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup (1 oz.) freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish: fresh basil leaves
