1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez

2/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut

2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
