1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seeds

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cooked spinach, drained well (frozen is fine, just microwave to defrost, then press out all the water)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons water, or more as needed

flour for dusting

1 stick butter or 1/3 cup oil in a bowl with a brush for cooking
