1/2 cup sesame seed

1/2 cup ground sesame seed

1/2 cup ground buckwheat groats

1 garlic clove

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup buckwheat groats , soaked in 1 cup water for 1 hour

1/2 cup raisins , soaked in 1 cup water for 15 minutes
