  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) jar macadamia nuts
  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • 3 whole chicken breasts , cut into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsps brandy
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps butter
