1/2 pound chopped fresh tomatoes

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, more for drizzling

1/4 cup parmesan cheese shavings

1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

sea salt and ground pepper
