12 Ingredients

  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz clam juice
  • 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes (and juice)
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 x onion, diced
  • 1 large leek, diced (just the white part!)
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 cup heavy cream (to add later)
  • 2 x lobster tails (to add later)
  • lemon slices as garnish, and to squeeze in at the end
