Make this pretty often and it's always delicious. Works with pasta, polenta, fish. I even bet it would be good in a steak salad. Works fine without the red peppers (for the kids...)

This looks wonderful. I have recently learned to like artichokes. I had never tried them, I guess the name threw me. But, I was really missing out, they are really good.
