1/2 granny smith apple , cored peeled, chopped

1 tablespoon oil

1 chopped red chile or 1 teaspoon chili paste

2 tablespoons cold water

600 g skinless chicken breasts , cut into chunks

2 tablespoons plain flour

1 tablespoon garam masala powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch or cornflour
