  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 24 ozs cooked pinto beans , canned to save time
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsps self-rising cornmeal
  • 6 ozs cooked ultra lean ground beef
