1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 pound zucchini, trimmed and cut into 2 by 1/2 by 1/2-inch strips

2 tablespoons kosher salt

1 pound spaghetti or spaghettini

3/4 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths (about 1 1/2 cups)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup green peas, fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
