1/2 x jalapeno, seeds discarded and finely diced

1 x large mango, diced

1/4 cup sugar

4 tbsp cider vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

6 oz feta crumbles

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup olive oil

juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper, to taste

Pita bread

1 lb ground lamb

1 x garlic clove, finely minced

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp fresh lemon zest

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing on grill

24 x bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
