Ingredients for 2 servings

1/3 cucumber , seeded and cut into strips

1 lime , juiced

2 very lean tuna steaks , thick cut, marinated for 10 minutes in 2 tbsp soy sauce mixed with 1 tbsp runny honey

2.0 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted

4 spring onions , shredded lengthways

2.0 tbsp soy sauce

a handful of coriander leaves

DIPPING SAUCE

1.0 tsp sesame oil

1 red chilli , finely chopped
