4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 package (10 oz./300 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1 cup Bertolli® Light Garlic Alfredo Sauce

4 ounces Italian bread, cut into cubes and pulsed in food processor then toasted (about 2 cups)

1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped

1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 large tomato, finely chopped
