Ingredients

4-5 large shallots, thinly sliced

1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 tbsp white rice flour

7 tbsp vegetable oil (split into 3 Tbsp, 2 Tsbp and 2 Tbsp)

1 tsp corn starch

3/4 -1 1/4 cup vegetable stock

10 oz cremini (brown) mushroom, sliced into 1/4” pieces

1 tbsp Tamari (wheat/gluten free) soy sauce

1 medium onion, chopped

6 x cloves of garlic, minced

1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed, and cut into 2” pieces

5 springs thyme

4 x bay leaves

3/4 cup cashew cream

salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
