  • handful parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/4 tsps kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 Tbsps flaxseed oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 organic lemon, squeezed
