2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup lukewarm water

Almond cream filling

2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

2 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon baking powder

6 ounces good-quality white chocolate , finely chopped (such as Lindt or Baker's)

1 cup half-and-half

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

5 large eggs , separated

1/3 cup sugar

assorted fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries(whatever you want)

2/3 cup chilled heavy whipping cream

1 vanilla bean , split lengthwise

2 (10 ounce) packages cream cheese , room temp


1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup raspberry preserves

3/4 teaspoon almond extract
