1 kg belly of pork

30 g honey

40 ml soy sauce

40 ml Port wine or red wine

2 whole cinnamon sticks

2 bay leafs

1 clove of garlic crushed

450 g Fresh Udon Noodles

150 g Soy beans, I used the frozen ones, defrosted

100 g shitake mushrooms sliced

50 g curley kale, julienned

2 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs sunflower oil

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
