1-1/2 stick melted butter or margarine

2-1/2 - 3 cups mashed potato flakes

1/4 cup Kraft parmesan cheese

1 Tbsp. parsley, garlic powder, and oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, washed and cleaned of any extra fat
