  • 1/4-1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2-3 tsps sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2-3 Tbsps peanut butter (I use crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup onion , sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanuts , crushed (I use dry-roasted)
  • 2-3 Tbsps carrots , julienned
  • 2 tsps fresh ginger , finely grated (more or less to taste)
  • coriander leaves (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp thai green curry sauce
  • 2 Tbsps green onions , chopped
  • 1 frozen pizza (e.g. cheese & pepperoni)
