2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp peanut oil

2 tbsp tomato puree

1 x fresh red chile

1 tbsp shredded coconut

bunch of cilantro

almond flour

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 can chickpeas, 14 oz, drained and rinsed

1 package cubed firm tofu

1 medium onion, peeled and sliced thin

thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated

pat of butter

sea salt and fresh ground pepper

1 can diced tomatoes, 14 oz

1 can light coconut milk, 14 oz
