1 1/2 cup tightly packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Zest of one lemon

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup candied lemon peel , chopped


2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 can coconut cream, like Coco Lopez - only the thick portion

1 1/3 cup sweet flaked coconut
