2 teaspoons ground coriander

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 small lemon, zested and juiced

1 clove garlic, minced

extra virgin olive oil, to taste

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

salt and pepper, to taste
