1/4 cup Asian grilling glaze*

1 Tbs. peanut oil

1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1⁄4-inch rounds

4 oz. cremini mushrooms, brushed clean and cut into 1⁄4-inch pieces

2 heads baby bok choy, each about 6 oz., leaves separated

4 oz. snow peas, trimmed

1 garlic clove, minced

1⁄2 tsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. water
