Excellent! And super easy to make! The only thing I added was a 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.

2 T. butter

18 oz. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and cut into bite size pieces

8 T. butter

8 T. all-purpose flour

4 c. whole milk

1 c. freshly grated parmesan

1 box no-boil Lasagna noodles (at least 12 noodles)

Kosher salt and pepper to taste
